A: Yes, for two reasons. In almost all situations the services of your real estate agent is paid for by the seller, so there is no cost to you. Secondly, without an agent you may be missing representation of your interests.
Q: Do sellers have to disclose the details of other offers?
A: No. Sellers are not legally obligated to disclose the terms of other offers.
